RETURN POLICY
It is important for us knowing that you are content with your purchase and that it will serve utility to your life. If you believe the purchase will not bring you joy or use, then we completely understand!
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All original tags and overall condition of the product must be in the same state as originally received. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has been used or damaged.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and/ or any additional duties and fees charged for international returns. It is best to use a carrier that offers a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
International returns must write on the custom declaration "Return of Canadian Merchandise”. If wrongly labeled, custom charges will be applied upon receipt and will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you have any concerns about the quality of our products, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Feedback is always appreciated as this allows us to grow and adapt for the better.
PROCESS OF RETURN
Once your return is received it takes us 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return. Once this has been approved and completed, we will then issue you a refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please take into consideration that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If have any concerns or need assistance do not hesitate to contact us.
EXCHANGES
The easiest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
