We offer the option to come pick up your order at our workshop to eliminate the use of a courier and help reduce our carbon footprint, plus we are steps away from the Jean-Talon market which is a win-win! Kindly make an appointment here.

 UNITED STATES

- Online orders are handled within 2 to 3 working days.
- Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business day delivery with tracking included.
- You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will also be given a tracking number.
- Standard shipping in United States: $15 CAD 
- Standard Shipping on orders over $200 CAD: Free 
- Any fees related to duties are at the buyer’s expense.

SALES TAXES & DUTIES 

- Sales tax will automatically be applied during the checkout process to Canadian customers.
- Taxes are based on the province or territory where the items are being shipped.
- Customers outside of Canada, however, are not charged taxes, but will be responsible for any duties your local customs office may charge you.

LOST ORDERS 

We are not responsible for your order once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment, however, we are always here to help if you experience any issue. Click here to send us your concern.

PACKAGING

We do our best to eliminate the use of unnecessary plastics and use the following  materials:

- Boxes & bags: Kraft paper.
- Packing tape: Kraft paper tape.
- Branding on boxes: We do our own branding in-house using water-based ink.
- Shipping labels: We use zero waste white shipping labels from 100% post-consumer waste that is fully recyclable. The release film sheet liner is also 100% recycled and recyclable.
- Postcards: Made from 100% recycled paper.
- String: 100% Jute.
