We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All original tags and overall condition of the product must be in the same state as originally received. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has been used or damaged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and/ or any additional duties and fees charged for international returns. It is best to use a carrier that offers a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
International returns must write on the custom declaration "Return of Canadian Merchandise”. If wrongly labeled, custom charges will be applied upon receipt and will be deducted from your refund amount.

PROCESS OF RETURN
Once your return is received it takes us 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return. Once this has been approved and completed, we will then issue you a refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
